Digital books
Is an eBook the same as a physical book?
No. An ebook is a digital edition, not a paperback shipped to you. Check the product title before ordering to make sure you choose the format you want.
How do I receive and access my digital purchase?
Your ebook(s) or PDF will automatically be delivered after purchase to your email account. If for any reason you do not receive your ebook(s) or PDF after purchase, please contact the store. Include the product name and, if you have already ordered, your order number so we can look into your purchase.
Paperback books
Will my paperback be shipped?
Yes. A paperback is a physical book that requires shipping. Check the shipping options and charges for your address at checkout. Shipping usually takes 2-3 weeks for a physical product, and this is why it’s encouraged to purchase the digital product as well to avoid any lag in reading your book.
When will my paperback arrive?
Domestic shipping (in the United States) usually takes anywhere from between 2-3 weeks. International shipping (outside the U.S.) may take longer.
What if my book arrives damaged or I receive the wrong item?
If you receive your physical book and it is defective or damaged, please use the Contact page or email me at davidleasure@trulyhealthynow.com and we will be happy to take care of that for you.
Classes
What is the Meditation and Mindfulness Class format?
The class consists of recorded videos in a question-and-answer format.
How do I access the class, and how long can I access it?
You will receive a link to the class on YouTube after you have purchased it. There is no time limit on class access.
Coaching
What is the format of Gap Coaching?
Gap Coaching starts with a 60-minute, one-on-one call focused on the problem you want help with. Bring a specific problem, what you have tried, and what you want to change.
Are follow-up calls included?
For Gap Coaching, follow-ups are arranged as needed. Their timing and any additional cost will be agreed before proceeding.
How do I arrange coaching?
Simply purchase a session and I will email you to confirm details. For Meditation and Mindfulness Coaching, the same applies.
What are the limits of Gap Coaching?
Gap Coaching offers perspective, feedback, and practical guidance. It is not designed to diagnose, treat, or cure any disease and it is not a substitute for medical care, mental health treatment, or other qualified professional advice. You remain responsible for your decisions and actions, and coaching does not guarantee a particular outcome.

How do I contact the store?

Who should I contact about a return or refund?
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase or product, please email davidleasure@trulyhealthynow.com with your order details and question. Please request approval before sending a physical item back.
